The Dashboard is your home screen in Data Mission Sync, providing a quick overview of your organization's synchronization activity and status.
Navigation Menu
The left navigation menu provides access to all areas of Data Mission Sync:

| Dashboard | Overview of profile activity and organization status. This is your home screen. |
| Profiles | View and manage all synchronization profiles in your organization. |
| All Runs | View synchronization run history across all profiles with filtering and search. |
| Organization Members | Invite and manage users who have access to your organization. |
| Billing | View subscription status, invoices, and manage payment methods. |
| Settings | Configure your personal preferences and organization settings. |
| Help | Access support options: log a support ticket directly in the app, view your ticket history, or open the Help Center documentation. |
If you have been invited to other organizations (for example, as a consultant working with multiple clients), an organization switcher appears at the top of the navigation menu allowing you to switch between them.
User Menu
Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the navigation to access the user menu. This displays your name and email address, with quick links to Settings and Sign Out.
Organization Overview
The Organization Overview card at the top of the Dashboard shows key information about your account:
| Item | Description |
| Profile Count | Shows 'X Active / Y Available' indicating how many profiles are in use versus your subscription entitlement. |
| Subscription Status | Your current subscription state: Free Trial, Active, Past Due, or Cancelled. |
Profile Activity
The Profile Activity section displays synchronization activity for the last 24 hours. When you have profiles configured, each profile shows a summary card with:

| Table Count | Number of tables configured for synchronization in this profile. |
| Last Sync | How long ago the most recent synchronization completed. |
| Next Sync | Countdown to the next scheduled synchronization. |
| Run Statistics | Success, failed, and skipped run counts for the last 24 hours. |
| Success Rate | Percentage of successful syncs over the last 24 hours. |
When no profiles exist, the Profile Activity section displays a 'Create New Profile' card to guide you through setting up your first synchronization.
