Profile Information
Update your personal information displayed across the application:
• First Name: Your given name
• Last Name: Your surname
Your email address is shown but cannot be changed as it is linked to your sign-in identity.
Language
Select your preferred language for the application interface. The following languages are supported:

Theme
Choose your preferred visual theme for the application:
| Theme | Description |
| Light | Light background with dark text. Recommended for bright environments. |
| Dark | Dark background with light text. Reduces eye strain in low-light environments. |
| System | Automatically matches your operating system's theme preference. |
Organization Settings
Organization settings control defaults and preferences for your entire organization. Only users with the Administrator role can modify these settings.
The following organization settings are available:
| Setting | Description |
| Billing Country | The billing country for this organization. This is set during registration and cannot be changed. |
| Default Region | The default Azure region for new profiles in this organization. Can be overridden when creating individual profiles. |
Email Notifications
Choose which email notifications you would like to receive. Notifications are sent to your registered email address.
| Notification | Description |
| Sync Failures | Receive an email when a source table fails to sync successfully in Data Mission Sync. Recommended to keep enabled for timely issue awareness. |
| Billing Reminders | Receive reminders about upcoming billing. Helps ensure uninterrupted service. |
Communications Preferences
Manage your marketing communication preferences. These are optional and can be changed at any time.

| News, Training and Articles | We'll send you emails with news, training updates, and helpful articles about Data Mission Sync. |
