Free Trial
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial. If a free trial is available, it will be applied automatically when you create your account. The trial includes:
• Full access to all features — nothing held back
• One profile (one Dataverse environment to one Azure SQL database)
• No credit card required to start
• Automatic reminder before trial expires
Check the Billing page in your account to see your current trial status and expiration date.
Starting Your Trial
If eligible, your free trial begins automatically when you create your account and complete the onboarding process. No special action is required — simply sign up and start syncing.
Trial Expiration
When your trial ends:
• Synchronization is paused — no new data is synced
• Your profile configuration is preserved
• Data already synchronized to Azure SQL remains intact
• You can subscribe at any time to resume synchronization

Redeeming a Trial Code
If you've received a promotional trial code from a partner or sales engagement:
1. Navigate to Billing in the left menu
2. Click 'Redeem Trial Code'
3. Enter your 32-character trial code
4. Click 'Redeem'
Trial codes may extend your trial period or provide additional profile entitlements.
