Changing Your Payment Method
To update your credit card or payment method:
1. Navigate to Billing in the left menu
2. Click 'Manage Billing'
3. Select 'Payment Methods'
4. Add a new payment method or update the existing one
5. Set the new method as default if desired
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Data Mission Sync will:
• Automatically retry the payment
• Send you an email notification
• Display 'Past Due' status on your Billing page
Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.
