Invoice History
View your complete billing history directly from the Billing page. The Invoice History section appears below the Entitlements section and displays all invoices for your organization.
| Column | Description |
| Invoice # | Unique invoice number for your records and support inquiries. |
| Date | The date the invoice was generated. |
| Amount | Total amount billed for that invoice period. |
| Status | Payment status: Paid (successfully processed) or Failed (payment unsuccessful). |
| Download | Click the download icon to generate and download a PDF copy of the invoice. |
Downloading Invoices
To download an invoice as a PDF:
1. Navigate to Billing in the left menu
2. Scroll to the Invoice History section
3. Find the invoice you need
4. Click the download icon to generate the PDF
The PDF invoice includes all details needed for your accounting records, including invoice number, billing period, subscription details, pricing, and tax information where applicable.
Billing Portal
For additional billing management options, click 'Manage Billing' to access the Stripe billing portal where you can:
• View detailed payment history
• Update payment methods
• Update billing email address
• Manage subscription settings
Email Receipts
A receipt is automatically emailed to your registered email address after each successful payment. If you need invoices sent to a different email (e.g., accounts payable), you can update the billing email in the Stripe billing portal via 'Manage Billing'.
