Before You Cancel
Before cancelling, please note:
• Data already synchronized to your Azure SQL database remains intact — we never touch your data
• Your profile configuration in Data Mission Sync will be deleted after a retention period
• You can re-subscribe at any time, but you'll need to reconfigure your profiles
Cancellation Steps
To cancel your subscription:
1. Navigate to Billing in the left menu
2. Click 'Manage Billing'
3. Select 'Cancel Subscription'
4. Confirm the cancellation
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What Happens After Cancellation
When your subscription ends:
• Synchronization stops immediately
• Your profiles remain visible but inactive for 30 days
• After 30 days, profile configurations are permanently deleted
• Your synchronized data in Azure SQL is never affected

Reactivating After Cancellation
If you cancelled and want to resume service:
• Within 30 days: Contact support to reactivate your profiles
• After 30 days: Create a new subscription and reconfigure your profiles
